How do I take care of my KIMSHU product?
To sharpen your KIMSHU leather tie, use an iron on low heat.
When ironing, ensure to place a cotton ironing cloth in between your iron and leather tie.
Gently iron ONLY around the edges of your leather tie, including the tips.
Apply a little pressure to remove bumps and creases.
To clean, use a soft damp cloth or a professional leather cleaning product to remove stains.
Avoid direct heat and sunlight.
Treat your KIMSHU products with the same care you give your skin.
Let it age naturally and elegantly. The way we all should.
 
Where is the leather from?
All leather used in our KIMSHU handmade products are locally sourced in Melbourne.
 
What is your return policy?
All handmade & custom-made orders are non-refundable, so please decide carefully. If there is a production fault, we will rectify the problem, either by repair, exchange or refund. We do accept returns and exchanges on non-leather products within 7 days from when shipment is received. Items must be unused and in their original packaging when returning or exchanging.
It is up to the buyer to cover return or exchange costs. 
 
How long will shipping take?
Shipping will take between 3-5 business days within Australia.
 
Can I track my order?
Yes you can! We will provide you with a tracking number that will be sent to your email address.
 
How much is shipping?
We got you covered. Shipping is on us within Australia!
 
Do you offer express shipping?
We sure do! Express shipping will cost an additional of $15.
 
What service do you use to ship your products?
We choose to use Australia post as it is secure and reliable.
 
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! There is a $30 flat rate international shipping. Shipping can take up to 10 business days. We also offer express shipping at an additional cost of $50. Express shipping can take about 4 business days.
 
Can I cancel my order once it has been processed?
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel your order.
